Dear Saints,

Even as we’re enjoying the relaxed and sunny days of summer, many hands are hard at work preparing for the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel! This season offers a fitting moment to pause and recognize the tireless dedication of our parish staff and countless volunteers whose behind-the-scenes efforts make every celebration, ministry, and moment of worship possible.

Their commitment, generosity, and cheerful service sustain the life of our parish in ways big and small, sometimes seen but usually not. They are the first to arrive and the last to leave, offering their time and talent - and above all their hearts - with a steadfast love that asks for nothing in return. Their invisible sacrifice is the Body of Christ.

As we prepare to make the most of our patronal feast and give thanks for the countless blessings God has bestowed upon our parish community, we should start by thanking all those who quietly contribute to OLMC’s vivacity and joy.
